Reading a building’s documents is the paid part, and there is a demo on a sample package you can try without signing up or paying.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your analyses and reports remain accessible, and searching the building record stays free. You lose the Pro and Agent features — unlimited buildings, Location Insights, comparison and PDF export.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- No. Every plan is billed monthly, there is no minimum term, and cancelling stops the next month from billing.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
